Our buying process

Speak to one of our friendly sales team who will guide you step by step to your new dream GS Brown Construction home.

Step 01.

COME PREPARED

If you need a mortgage, speak to a financial advisor before your viewings so you are comfortable with your own budget. Our sales team can assist you with this if this is something you have not already thought about. You will need a Scottish solicitor to proceed with buying your GS Brown home, ask our sales advisors for our recommended solicitors.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend you check you will have access to your finances when required, speak to your solicitor prior to reserving a property.

Step 02.

RESERVE YOUR DREAM HOME

If you have fallen in love with one of our homes, speak to our sales advisors who can support you through the reservation process highlighted below.

First Deposit: £750.00

Our sales advisor will guide you through the reservation form and consumer checklist to ensure you're confident in your decision.

Reservation Period: 4 weeks During this time, you'll work with your solicitor to finalise the legal contract (called missives).

Second Deposit: £750.00 (paid to your solicitor upon conclusion of missives)

Both the reservation fee and deposit are deducted from your purchase price. We operate within the Consumer Code. See the details on The Consumer Code Scheme here.

Step 03.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR NEW HOME

This is the exciting part. We are here to help you create a space that’s uniquely yours. Work with our friendly sales executive to pick your dream kitchen and bathroom tiles to bring your vision to life.

Step 04.

IT’S TIME TO START PACKING

Our sales team will be keep you updated with your new homes build progress and arrange your property demonstration prior to your home being complete.
